Need something that's energizing and quick to throw together? Try these energy bites that come together in only 5 minutes! Medjool dates give it a natural caramel sweetness with no added sugar. We're using our Apple oatmeal in this recipe but feel free to swap for any flavor that you like!
Salted Caramel Apple Energy Bites
Ingredients:
- 1x Mylk Labs Apple & Sunflower Cinnamon Oats

4 large medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp maca
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 heaping tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp water
- *Optional kosher salt for topping
Instructions:

Add all ingredients except water and kosher salt to a food processor.

Pulse until everything is combined.

Add the water 1 tbsp at a time. Pulse until the dough sticks together when you press it in-between your fingers.

Roll into balls and sprinkle with kosher salt if desired. Enjoy!
