As a small business, we strive to provide the best service possible, but we are unable to replace or refund stolen packages. If a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or filing a claim with the carrier if your package is missing.
