• How to make oatmeal?

  Add hot water or choice of milk to the fill line and stir. Let sit for 3 minutes and enjoy! Or, add cold water/milk to the fill line, stir, and microwave on high for 1 minute. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!  

• How to make overnight oats?

  Instructions suggest making them hot but they're great as overnight oats too! Just add your milk of choice per instructions and soak overnight.

• Is instant oatmeal healthy?

  Not all oatmeal is created equally. Here at Mylk Labs, we use less sugar, high quality ingredients and healthy fats to deliver benefits beyond a convenient breakfast. It's also good for weight loss, constipation and lowers cholesterol.

• How much added sugar per serving?

  Only 5g of organic coconut sugar in an entire cup!

• Is your oatmeal gluten free?

  Yes, Mylk Labs oatmeal is gluten-free, so it's safe for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

• What allergens are in your products?

  We do not use gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, or peanuts in any of our products. However, some of our products contain Almond and Coconut and are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, and soy. The only nuts processed on our production line are Almonds, Coconut, and Pecans.

• Are your oats glyphosate-free?

  Yes! Our supplier is Glyphosate Residue Free Certified by the Detox Project. We have a complete ban of this chemical from seed to harvest on the farm.

• Do you use organic ingredients?

  We use several organic ingredients such as coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and more. However, our oatmeal products are currently not organic as a whole. Rest assured, we are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients in our products.

• Where can I buy your products?

• How do I set up a wholesale account?

  Please fill out our ­­Wholesale Form or email wholesale@mylklabs.com and we’ll get back to you within a few hours.

• What is the shelf-life of your products?

  Our products have a 12-month shelf life out of production. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place.

• How long does it take for my order to ship?

  Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days and take 2-5 business days to arrive.

• How much do you charge for shipping?

  $8.99 flat fee or free shipping on orders over $50 (Cont. US)

• Do you ship internationally?
