Energy bites is pretty much a chewy granola bar in ball form. It's usually a combination of oats, nuts, seeds, nut butter, dates and whatever else you have in your pantry. Like I said... the combinations are endless! They come together in no time so whether you’re feeding your kids after school or need a pick me up to throw in your bag, these energy bites are the perfect way to keep hunger at bay.
How To Make Energy Bites
This is going to be the easiest recipe you'll ever make. Ready? Take all your ingredients and the extra add-ins you have in your pantry, blend it all together and roll it into a ball. VOILA! You've got yourself a delicious energy bite. Now, let's make our Banana Bread Energy Bites below!
Banana Bread Energy Bites For Kids
Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 Ripe Banana
- 2 Tbsp and 2 tsp of Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1⁄2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp Salt
- 1x Roasted Almond & Himalayan Pink Salt Oatmeal Cup
- Melted Chocolate
Instructions

Blend everything together except the chocolate in a food processor until everything is combined. Scrap the sides if needed.
- Divided the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate over them and enjoy.
