• How to make oatmeal?

  Add hot water or choice of milk to the fill line and stir. Let sit for 3 minutes and enjoy! Or microwave with cold water or milk for 1 minute and let it thicken for 2 minutes.

• How much added sugar per serving?

  Only 5g of organic coconut sugar for the entire cup!

• Is instant oatmeal healthy?

  Not all oatmeal is created equally. Here at Mylk Labs, we use less sugar, high quality ingredients and healthy fats to deliver benefits beyond a convenient breakfast. It's also good for weight loss, constipation and lowers cholesterol.

• Is your oatmeal gluten free?

  Yes, Mylk Labs oatmeal is gluten-free, so it's safe for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

• How to make overnight oats?

  Instructions suggest making them hot but they're great as overnight oats too! Just add your milk of choice per instructions and soak overnight.

• Are your oats glyphosate-free?

  Yes! Our supplier is Glyphosate Residue Free Certified by the Detox Project. There is a complete ban of this chemical from seed to harvest at the farm.

• What allergens are in your products?

  We do not use gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, or peanuts in any of our products. However, some of our products contain Almonds and are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, and soy. The only nuts processed on our production line are Almonds and Pecans.

• Can I compost the packaging?

  Yes, industrial composting sites are able to break down polyethylene-lined paper cups, however, not all curbside programs can accept these items. If unsure, please check with your local curbside recycling program.
