If you're experiencing any of these issues, please contact us within 60 days with your order number and a photo reference and we will do our best to get you a replacement ASAP!

If you don’t love the flavor, we can offer a refund on your first purchase (up to one 6-pack or 6 cups). Just contact our Customer Support team.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Stolen/Missing Packages

As a small business, we do our best to provide great service. However, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless there is photo proof they were delivered to the wrong address. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with your neighbor or building manager to help locate the package.

If the parcel is delivered but stolen afterward, we recommend reporting the theft to your local police.
